Talk about your motives, share your ideas!

It is so easy to get caught up in everyday work life as a teacher and getting in all your work before declines, it easy to forget to stop and look at your accomplishments as an educator!

Explain your thought process! What were your children showing interest in? What did you pan in response? What areas of curriculum did it cover? Did the children elaborate? Look back on what you did and be proud of all the areas of curriculum that you were able to cover!

How can you do this?! post your kid's work out in the hall! all aspects! show off and show case your talents as an educator and your little star's work!

You can also create a board outlining your process and describing all of your handwork, planning and the results of your creativity. It will make your kids feel good, yourself, and other teachers and your principal will be inspired and proud!

Communication is key! Share your talent with your colleagues, school and the world !
